If you have a Personal Health Budget or Personal Budget and require a bespoke package of training for your Personal Assistants or carers, Partner2Care (P2C) can deliver training to provide them with the knowledge they require to cater for your individual needs.


P2C provide training on the following core subjects:

Additional training can be provided according to individual requirements, for example Emergency First Aid for management of seizures.
Partner2Care provide training in delivering Oral Suction. We welcome external referrals from care providers and agencies. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss your training needs.
In order to safely use certain equipment, referral for additional training will be made to the SLEEP UNIT (BRI) (specifically for training in the care of non-invasive ventilation) and to NUTRICIA (specifically for training in the care of a PEG or feeding tube). 
Partner2care training is provided within the patient’s home or for classroom based training, at our office in Portishead.

Basic, specialised and bespoke healthcare training available from Partner2Care
 
If you have a Personal Health Budget or Personal Budget and require a bespoke package of training for your Personal Assistants or carers, Partner2Care (P2C) can deliver training to provide them with the knowledge they require to cater for your individual needs.


P2C provide training on the following core subjects:

 


Medicines Management - record charts provided on request


Tissue Viability – awareness of pressure damage


Handling information and Record Keeping – record charts provided on request


Safeguarding


Manual handling


           Resource: Getting to grips with hoisting people


Infection control


First Aid – Basic Life Support and Management of Choking


Personal care – maintenance of dignity and privacy


Food hygiene certificate – advice only


Fluids and nutrition


Continence care


FIT Testing ( for the assessment of appropriate FFP3 masks)*

Additional training can be provided according to individual requirements, for example Emergency First Aid for management of seizures.
Partner2Care provide training in delivering Oral Suction. We welcome external referrals from care providers and agencies. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss your training needs.
In order to safely use certain equipment, referral for additional training will be made to the SLEEP UNIT (BRI) (specifically for training in the care of non-invasive ventilation) and to NUTRICIA (specifically for training in the care of a PEG or feeding tube). 
Partner2care training is provided within the patient’s home or for classroom based training, at our office in Portishead.
