Our team of Registered Nurses, Brokerage and Support Officers and Partner2Care Trainers are here to give you the professional guidance you need whether you are an employer, a Clinical Commissioning Group or would just like some more information. Being part of North Somerset Community Partnership (NSCP) our staff are trained to the very highest standards which means you receive the optimum quality service.

 

NHS FUNDED PERSONAL HEALTH BUDGET HOLDERS

At Partner2Care, providing care that matters to you is our primary focus, that’s why we have developed our services to offer you flexibility and control. We provide a range of options to support you if you have been allocated a personal health budget (PHB) from your local NHS organisation enabling you to take control whilst guiding you to the choices you can make.

We will steer you through every step of the process by listening to what your care and support needs are now and what you hope to achieve. We can help to develop your care and support plan and work with you to implement all of the services you need to ensure you have the safe, effective and highest quality care you have set out to achieve.

Our service means we remove the stresses involved in setting up and managing your personal health budget such as advertising for personal assistants, writing job descriptions, interviewing and drawing up contracts of employment.

Partner2Care operate in partnership with Salvere to provide a payroll service and employment advice such as the HMRC legislation you are required to meet for those personal health budget users who decide to use part of their budget to employ their own staff.

Our team also provides an excellent training facility to support your personal assistants to receive the highest possible standard of training, personalised to meet your individual care needs. We can offer one to one training at your home or group sessions at a venue near you. Please see our training page for more information.

 

SELF-FUNDERS

We can offer you assistance if you fund your own care and need advice, guidance or information about recruiting and employing your own personal assistants.

Our service means we remove the stresses involved in setting up and managing your recruitment processes such as advertising for personal assistants, writing job descriptions, interviewing and drawing up contracts of employment.

CLINICAL COMMISSIONING GROUPS

Partner2Care work with you as a Clinical Commissioning Group to ease the process of implementing personal health budgets for your eligible PHB holders.

Partner2Care pride themselves in having a team of NMC registered professionals with backgrounds in Nursing, Health Visiting, Learning Disability, Mental Health, training, Continuing Healthcare and personalisation.

We have been delivering support to CCGs for the past two years across all adult services and have commenced supporting packages of care for children and their families.

Our team also provide an excellent training facility to support your PHB holders to receive the highest possible standard of training and competency assessment for their personal assistants, personalised to meet their individual care needs. Partner2Care can provide training to community teams and provider services which we have previously undertaken for North Somerset CCG. In collaboration with Skills for Health we have produced an educational e-learning training package for healthcare professionals. More information can be found here.
